First-party listings, not scraped, with prices verified against the Spanish notarial register. Send a descriptive User-Agent identifying your client. Some generic library defaults (for example Python's urllib) are rejected by our edge protection; a named agent such as 'my-app/1.0' always works.

Provenance built in. Every property response carries oracle_verified and oracle_attestation_url. When a listing's municipality and segment are covered by PropertyList Oracle, verified is true and the URL resolves to a public, reproducible proof: the figure from the Spanish notarial register, its SHA-256 content hash and its on-chain anchor on Base. A citable Spanish property source no competitor can match.
